妈富隆治疗青春期功能失调性子宫出血的临床疗效研究

Clinical Efficacy of Marvelon in the Treatment of Adolescent Dysfunctional Uterine Bleeding

目的:探讨妈富隆治疗青春期功能失调性子宫出血的临床疗效。方法:选择我院收治的68例青春期功能失调性子宫出血患者的临床资料,其中,观察组35例患者使用妈富隆进行治疗,对照组33例患者采用补佳乐药物治疗,比较两组患者的临床疗效。结果:治疗后,观察组患者的总有效率为94.29%,高于对照组(P<0.05),观察组控制出血时间和完全止血时间等指标均优于对照组(P<0.05),而两组患者不良反应的发生情况基本相当,且差异无统计学意义。结论:口服妈富隆治疗青春期功能失调性子宫出血具有十分显著的疗效,其不良反应发生少且轻,安全可靠,值得临床广泛推广和应用。

Objective：To investigate the clinical efficacy of Marvelon in treatment of adolescent dysfunctional uterine bleeding. Methods：68 patients with adolescent dysfunctional uterine bleeding were divided into two groups, including the observation group of 35 patients using the Marvelon treatment and control group of 33 patients with Progynova drug treatment. Results：After treatment, the total effective rate of the observation group was 94.29%, significantly higher than control groups （P〈0.05）, and the observation group of patients with control of bleeding time and stop bleeding time etc. were significantly better than the control group （P〈0.05）, while the occurrence of adverse reactions for two groups of patients is roughly equal, and the difference was not statistically significant. Conclusion：Marvelon in treatment of adolescent dysfunctional uterine bleeding has a very significant effect, which is safe and reliable, and it is worthy of wider promotion and application.
