微生物絮凝剂产生菌SKDXN-1的鉴定及其对富营养化水体的处理研究 被引量:3

THE IDENTIFICATION OF FLOCCULATT-PRODUCING STRAIN SKDXN-1 AND ITS TREATMENT ON EUTROPHIC WASTWATER

摘要 从土壤中分离到一株产高效絮凝剂的菌株,在温度为30℃、振荡(150r/min)条件下培养该菌株10d后,测定其对污水中COD、总氮(T-N)以及总磷(T-P)的去除率分别为44.5%、10.5%和15.6%。该菌株代谢产生的微生物絮凝剂(MBF)对叶绿素a的去除率最高达89.1%。生理生化实验结果表明该菌株为革兰氏阴性,菌落乳白,能以葡萄糖为碳源生长。对菌株进行DNA提取、测定其16S rDNA基因序列并进行序列相似性比对,结果表明该菌株与Stenotrophomonas acidaminiphila(AF273080)的16S rDNA序列相似度高达99%。结合菌株菌落形态、理化性质以及系统发育分析,可以鉴定该菌株属于寡养单胞菌属(Stenotrophomonas),并命名为Stenotrophomonas sp.SKDXN-1。 A flocculatant - producing strain was isolated from soil. Under the culture condition of 30℃, shaking(150r/min) for 10 d, the removing rates for dlis strain on COD, total nitrogen (T- N), total phosphorus (T- P) were 44.5% ,10.5 and 15.6% respec- tively. The highest flocculatant rates of 89.1% for removing chlorophyll a was found by this strain. The physichemical tests proved that this strain were Gram - negative, milky - white colonies and could utilize glucose as its carbon source. 16S rDNA sequence of this strain were determined and the high similarities of 99% with Stenotrophomonas acidaminiphila (AF273080)has been found. Based on its colonies morphology, physiochemical properties and phylogenetic analysis, this strain were seemed to belong a member of genus Stenotrophomonas and named Stenotrophomonas sp. SKDXN - 1.
