摘要
近年来,采暖工程中出现了很多新材料、新工艺,这些新材料、新工艺的技术性能及工程造价差别较大,本文以实际工程为例,对采暖工程管材的选择,运用综合单价分析成本,结合价值工程,构建价值工程评价模型,客观、全面、合理地选择了技术经济性能最优的方案。
In recent years, beating project appeared a lot of new materials, new technology. This article analyzes cost based on a real case about the comprehensive unit price of Pipe in heating project, constructs value engineering evaluation model, objectively, systemati- cally, rationally select the optimal scheme of the technical and economic performance .
