摘要
文章运用SWOT分析模型,对新疆文化创意产业发展过程中的优势、劣势、机会和威胁进行系统分析,实施战略要素重组,组建SO、WO、ST、WT四维战略矩阵,并根据新疆创意文化产业的发展状况,尤其是其明显的劣势,提出相应的对策与建议。认为应该特别注意在打造新疆本土化品牌,坚持对外开放、提升文化影响力,加强创意人才队伍建设,以及创新政府管理理念、加强资源整合力度几方面下功夫。
Recently, the cultural and Creative industry has drawn more attention and gradually developed into one of the most newly-developed potential industry in the 21st century. Using SWOT model, this paper analyzed the internal strengths, weaknesses, the external opportunities, and threats of the industry in Xinjiang. It further suggests that more efforts be made in creating local brands, adhering to the opening-up policy to enhance cultural impacts, strengthening the development of related professionals, renovating the ideals of government management, and strengthening the integration of resources in Xinjiang.
