新疆是国家实施农村文化惠民工程的重点地区之一。多年来,新疆农村文化惠民工程工作取得明显成效,并在坚持以现代文化为引领、正确的文化惠民方向、"三贴近"原则、文化惠民区域特色、重视基层组织建设和乡土人才培养、探索投入新机制等方面取得成功经验,总结新疆实施农村文化惠民工程取得的基本经验将具有一定典型示范意义。

Xinjiang is one of the key areas where National Rural Cultural Benefiting Projects are developed. Over the years, Xinjiang has gained remarkable achievements in the implementation of relevant projects： adhering to the leading role of modern culture, to the right direction of culturally benefiting people, to the ＂three closeness＂ principle, to the local features, to the emphases on grassroots organizations development and local personnel training, and to the exploration of new investment mechanisms.
