摘要
中亚五国水能、风能和太阳能等清洁能源资源储量丰富,但开发利用程度差别很大。塔吉克斯坦清洁能源开发以水电为主,风力资源相当少,太阳能资源较有开发潜力;哈萨克斯坦和土库曼斯坦的太阳能和风能等清洁能源十分丰富;乌兹别克斯坦拥有优越的气候来发展太阳能光伏发电;吉尔吉斯斯坦水能、风能、太阳能等清洁能源储量丰富。受制于政策、技术、资金、人员和电网消纳等因素的约束,除水能外,其它清洁能源开发处在初始阶段或空白。
The five Central Asian countries are rich in hydro, wind and solar energy resources but vary greatly in the development of clean energy. Tajikistan develops mainly the hydro-electric energy and has a great potential in solar energy resource; Kazakhstan and Turkmenistan are rich in solar and wind resources; Uzbekistan is advantageous in solar photovoltaic power generation; and Kyrgyzstan is rich in wind, hydro, and solar energy resources. Restricted by policies, technology, capital, personnel and electric grid absorption, the development of clean energy, except for hydro energy, is in the initial stage or blank.
