摘要
针对当前自动控制领域中的控制软件,分析其故障诊断部分的一般特征,并介绍了一种故障诊断软件的典型设计方法。该方法采用故障树作为基本的逻辑因果关系,使用分布式计算技术,结合多种故障推理模式,利用构件技术设计和实现了集故障源数据的采集、数据过滤分析,人机交互界面于一体的完整故障诊断软件系统。该软件可以结合用户经验知识,根据其故障数据采集环节的特点,动态调整过滤特征参数,平衡故障产生和恢复检测的准确度和实时性;结合生产控制流程图,可以依据用户的喜好灵活地配置人机交互界面。
In accordance with the software in the field of automatic control,analyses the general characteristics of fault diagnosis part,this paper introduces a fault diagnosis software design method.This method uses a fault tree as the basic logic of causal relationship,making use of distributed computing technology,combining with a variety of failure modes of reasoning, using component technology,and designs and implements a complete fault diagnosis software system with data acquisition, data filtering,and man-machine interaction.The software can be combined with user's knowledge and experience,dynami- cally adjust the parameters according to the characteristics of the fault data acquisition link,balance the accuracy and re- al-time of fault generation and recovery.Combined with flowcharts,the software's human-machine interface can be flexibly configured according to the user's preferences.
