基于PLC的卷接工艺风力主管稳压模糊控制

分析总结卷烟生产过程中,引起工艺风力系统主管风压波动的各种因素。讨论当下PID控制方式存在的局限与缺点,探索现代先进控制理论在稳定主管压力的实用控制方法;在此基础上,设计一种模糊控制器,使主管风压在受到扰动时能迅速稳定到设定值,保证生产需求。

This paper analysis the process of cigarette-making and many kinds of factor that will cause the pressure fluctuates in the main-pipeline of the wind power system.The weakness and disadvantages of the PID control has been discussed,and try to searching a practical way to use modern control theory for the pressure stabilize of the main-pipeline.On this basis, this paper designs a fuzzy controller to make the pressure of the main-pipeline comeback to the set point steadily when it is been disturbed.
