摘要
汽车制动性能检测是汽车检测的重点,目前运用较为广泛的检测方式是反力式制动试验台。分析了粘沙式制动试验台的测试精度、造成测试误差的原因、制动台设计及安装的注意要点,并提出了测控模块的设计方案样本。
Automobile brake performance testing is the key of the vehicle detection.The detection mode which has been widely used at present is reaction force brake tester.This paper analyzes the test precision of sticky sand brake tester,the test er- rors in brake testing,and the cause of test errors,it also discusses the outline in tester design and installation.A sample control scheme is discussed at the end.
