Structure and Properties of the Duplex-treated Layer on Austenitic Stainless Steel by Plasma Nitriding and Plasma-enhanced Chemical Vapour Deposited TiN

摘要 对1Cr18Ni9Ti 奥氏体不锈钢进行离子渗氮- PECVD TiN 复合处理, 研究了复合处理层的组织与性能。结果表明: 复合处理层具有优良的膜基结合强度; 较之不锈钢基体, 耐磨性显著提高; 在0-5 mol/L H2SO4 溶液中, 复合处理层不仅比单一渗氮层的耐蚀性高, 在过钝化区还表现出比不锈钢基体更优越的耐蚀性。 Cr18Ni9Ti stainless steel (SS) was duplex treated by plasma nitriding and PECVD TiN. The structure and properties of the treated layer were analysed. It is shown that the bonding strength between the TiN films and the nitrided case is excellent, and the wear resistance of the duplex treated layer is significantly improved compared with that of the un-treated SS. The duplex-treated layer shows that its corrosion resistance in 0 5mol/L H 2SO 4 solution is not only much superior to that of the nitrided case but even better than the SS substrate in the transpassive region.
