摘要
针对现有萃取过程模拟算法的局限性,提出了改进的新松弛法解算策略,并详细介绍了模型建立与算法研究。为考核本算法的准确性,对各类芳烃萃取塔进行模拟分析,模拟值与文献值、设计值或现场操作数据均基本吻合。分析结果表明,该模拟算法可准确迅速地适用于各类萃取过程的模拟计算。
The improved new relaxation arithmetic is proposed and the model establishment and arithmetic research are introduced here. For validating veracity and currency of this method, many kinds of extraction towers were simulated and analyzed, and the simulation values were agreed with the literature values, the designing values and spot operating datas. The results indicated that this simulation method could be used to simulate many kinds of liquid-liquid extraction process.
