摘要
综述了近年来β－环糊精在药学中的广泛应用，着重介绍了用β－环糊精在药物制剂中能够增加药物的溶出，提高生物利用度，增加稳定性，矫味等用途。
The application of β－cyclodex in medicine preparation and manufacture is reviewed. The medicine properties are significantly improved by β-cyclodex, especially in the drug solubility, the biological utilization, the stability and the adjustment of the smell and taste.
