摘要
运用火用分析方法 ,从旋风预热器系统连接风管的传热与流动的特点出发 ,推导出管道内气体与管壁间换热量的能级表达式 .结果表明 ,管道内最佳气体速度与气壁温差密切相关 .结合工厂实际生产数据 ,分析了各连接风管的设计 .
From the viewpoint of the characteristics of air flow and transfer of heat in the connecting air duct between the cyclone preheaters, the expression of energy grade of the quantity of heat transferred between the air flow and the duct was inferred by the method of exergy analysis. The results indicate that the optimum air flow velocity is tightly related with the temperature between the air flow and the inner wall of the duct. Connections with the practical production data and the design of the duct were analyzed.
