摘要
系统探讨和分析了洛阳水泥厂 10 0 0t/dNKSV分解炉的气固两相运动规律及其性能特点 .研究结果表明 :该炉型虽然压降较低 ,但是一种不够完善的气固反应器 ,其气体流场是一种旋流与喷腾流的简单迭加 ,不利于物料和煤粉在炉内的均布 ,粉料在壁面附近的富集比较严重 ,料气停留时间比值也比较低 ,这必将影响煤粉燃烧和碳酸盐分解反应的完成程度 .加上洛阳水泥厂NKSV分解炉容积过小 ,较严重的煤粉不完全燃烧会导致较频繁的预热器系统结皮堵塞 ,影响生产的正常进行 .
The motion patterns of gas and powder materials in NKSV calciner of Luoyang Cement Plant and its performances were investigated. The results demonstrate that the NKSV calciner is an imperfect reactor for the combustion of pulverized coal although the pressure drop is low relatively. The gas flow field is a simple piling of spout effect and swirl effect, and results in an imperfect distribution of powder in space. Moreover, the volume of the NKSV calciner is too small. These weaknesses result in incompleteness of coal combustion and severely affect the normal production.
