摘要
微放电是影响空间电子设备可靠性的一个十分重要的因素。如何有效地避免微放电现象的发生,成为一个关键性的问题。微波部件的表面状态是一个重要影响因素,使用合适的材料及表面处理来降低表面二次电子发射系数也是改善和提高大功率微波部件的预防微放电性能的有效途径之一。文章通过试验研究了不同配方铬酸盐转化膜工艺对铝合金微波部件的电性能(插损)和微放电性能的影响情况,优选出了合适的铬酸盐转化膜工艺方法。
Multipactor is influence the reliability of space electronic equipment is a very important factor. How to effec-tivelv avoid the happening of multipactor,it become a key problem. Because the surface state of microwave components is an important factor,use of appropriate materials and surface treatment is one of the effective ways to reduce the potential ener-gy,and improve and enhance high power microwave components multipactor performance. In this paper,by means of experi-ment,studying of different process formula of chromate conversion coating for microwave components on multipactor effect and the influence of electrical performance ( losses ) , and selected the appropriate method of chromate conversion coating process.
