波导旋转关节内外导体同轴度控制

摘要 旋转关节的同轴度精度对产品的电性能影响较大,波导旋转关节采用了分体式结构,靠销钉定位实现组件同轴度要求。这种结构对零件形位精度要求苛刻,几乎是理想的零公差,这在实际加工中是不可能实现的事情。文章基于配对组装的装配原理,通过装配精度的影响因素分析及加工基准转换,编制了以某一零件,为装配基准零件,以销钉定位,在组件中完成零件加工的工艺流程,从而提高了组件的制造精度,尤其是组件同轴度精度,并且降低了各组成零件的加工难度。通过这种工艺方式最终满足了波导旋转关节同轴度的要求,并成功的应用于某型号任务中。 Precision of coaxiality of rotary joint has much influence on electrical properties of products. Using separated structure, waveguide rotary joint realizes construction of coaxiality by positioning. It is impossible to realize in actual pro-cessing as this structure has strict requirement on shape and position of the components. Based on principle of paired assem-bly, this paper establishes process of machining to complete the components processing with dowel positioning of components of assembly reference components through factor analysis of assembly precision and conversion of processing reference. The established process improves precision of components, especially precision of components coaxiality and reduces processing difficulty of each component.
