摘要
本文给出了钢 /铝液固相复合轧制中铝液凝固过程的二维数学模型及其近似解 ;利用等效比热法处理了凝固过程中的结晶潜热 ;给出了铝液初始温度、钢板预热温度和轧制速度等参数与复合板温度、凝固前沿的关系 ;
A two\|dimensional mathematical model was provided for solidifying of liquid Aluminum with its approximate solution in liquid\|solid clad rolling.Solidification\|heat was modeled by means of equivalent\|specific heat method.The dependence of the temperature of the clad,solidifying forefront on temperature of liquid Aluminum,temperature of steel plate and velocity of roll was predicted.The critical value of the constants given above was predicted.
