生长因子在跟腱损伤修复中的作用研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 近年来,跟腱断裂的治疗呈多样化发展。有研究主张保守治疗,也有提倡手术缝合及跟腱移植等,跟腱断裂的治疗仍是目前的难点和重点。本文对当前生长因子在跟腱断裂治疗中的进展做一综合性回顾,其中包括跟腱的生理解剖、影响跟腱断裂的因素、各种生长因子的治疗进展等方面。
