职业病尘肺合并肺动脉高压患者应用盐酸法舒地尔的疗效对比观察

摘要 目的:探讨职业病尘肺合并肺动脉高压患者应用盐酸法舒地尔治疗的疗效对比。方法:80例尘肺病合并肺动脉高压患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,两组除给予化痰、止咳、平喘等尘肺常规治疗外,治疗组加用盐酸法舒地尔30mg静脉滴注,每日2次,连用14天。在治疗前、治疗后1个月分别检测患者降钙素原、血气分析、估测肺动脉收缩压、以及进行SGRQ评分等。结果:治疗前后两组指标均有所改善,但治疗组明显优于对照组(P〈0.05)。结论:盐酸法舒地尔对改善尘肺病合并肺动脉高压有肯定的临床价值。 Objective : Study of Fasudil in the treatment of pneumoconiosis combined with pulmonary artery hypertension process effect. Methods : In 60 cases of pneumoconiosis complicated with PAH were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. The two groups were given conventional treatment of pneumoconiosis. The treatment group treated with Fasudil 30mg ivdrip q12h × 14D. Died before treatment, one month after detection, estimation of mean arterial pressure, Procalcitonin and the score of SGRQ index.Results : Before and after treatment in two groups of indexes were improved, But the treatment group was better than control group(P〈0.05). Conclusions : Fasudil on the improvement of pneumoconiosis combined with pulmonary artery hypertension curative effect.
