摘要
应急响应和产品召回对防制食品安全事故发挥着巨大的作用。文中分析了食品企业中存在的可能影响食品安全的因素,并重点阐述了应急响应及产品召回的流程,从而为更好地防止食品安全事故产生提供有效的参考。
Emergency response and product recall play a huge role on prevention and control of food security accidents. The possible factors influencing food safety in food enterprises were analyzed, the procedures of emergency response and product recall were presented, so as to provide effective reference for doing better in preventing food security accidents.
