Combustion Mechanism of Blast Furnace Coal Injection Adding KMnO_4

摘要 KMnO4是一种适合高炉生产的煤粉助燃剂,通过热重-差热分析其助燃机制是Mn7+(CO-)7削弱了碳结构单元间的桥键结合力以及改变了晶格结构,使煤粉活化能降低,加速燃烧。通过模拟高炉风口的燃烧条件并收集未燃煤粉,采用XRD和SEM方法检测,可知随着助燃剂KMnO4的加入,未燃煤粉的微晶参数增大,芳香片层的堆砌高度升高0.001 3nm,层片直径增大0.036 6nm;KMnO4使未燃煤粉颗粒的平均粒径减小2.62μm。 KMnO4 is a kind of pulverized coal combustion improver which is suited for the blast furnace. Mn7+ (CO-)7 weakened bridge adhesion of carbon structural units and changed lattice structures, activation energy of pulverized coal was lowered and burn rate was accelerated. The unburned coal, which was investigated by the method of XRD and SEM, was collected through simulating combustion conditions of blast furnace. The results show that: micro- crystalline parameters of unburned coal is increased, height and diameter of aromatic slices will increase 0. 0013 and 0. 0366nm respectively as KMnO4 joined; particles size of unburned coal powder can be reduced 2.62tLm by adding KMnO4.
