摘要
校本教研是新课改背景下促进教师专业成长的重要的研究方式。对校本教研实施现状的调查与分析,对深化教学研究、充分发挥以校为本的教学研究效能具有积极的现实意义。本调查通过对校本教研实施的形式、内容、态度、效果等为内容,对重庆市的三个小学和三个中学的教师开展调查。本文汇报了调查结果并进行分析,讨论了校本教研的发展现状,归纳了校本教研实施中存在的组织形式单一、教研形式趋同、教研方面偏差、教研制度不健全等问题,分析了产生这些问题的原因,并提出了改进建议。
School-based educational research is an important research way to promote teach- ers' professional development under the background of new curriculum reform. The investigation and analysis of implement status of school-based educational research has a positive practical significance of deepening the research on teaching and giving full effectiveness to the school-based teaching research. Taking three primary schools and three secondary schools as samples, this paper discussed the current situation of the development of school-based teaching research, analyzed the existing problems in implementing school-based teaching research and putted forward improved suggestions by surveying the form, content, manner and effect on the implementation of school-based educational research.
