摘要
高等教育大众化是社会发展的一大趋势,在帮助更多学子有机会享用高等教育资源的同时,也使得毕业生不得不面对巨大的就业压力,导致部分毕业生在这种挑战下丧失信心。本文从人力资本理论角度,分析当前的就业形势,以及毕业生信心受损的原因,并基于人力资本的特征提出自己的理解和改进建议,以便更多高校学生树立就业信心。
Popularization of higher education is a trend of social development. It helps more students have their opportunities to enjoy higher education resource. At the same time, it makes graduates to have to face the huge pressure of employment. There are students who lose confidence in this challenge. This article, from the perspective of human capital theory, analyzes the situation of current employment, and also the reasons that graduates lose their confidence. It also gives suggestions based on the characteristics of human capital such that more university students can build up employment confidence.
