摘要
通过冷模条件下的气体三维流场、阻力损失与炉内物料停留时间分布的试验研究,对滇西水泥厂RSP 分解炉内气固两相运动规律进行了研究,并结合江西水泥厂RSP的情况,对比分析了滇西厂RSP各室设计的结构和操作参数的合理性,为指导生产操作提供了依据。
The gas flow field, pressure drop and retention time distribution of powder material under the condition of cooling model test in RSP calciner in Dianxi Cement Plant were synthetically carried out and the moving patterns of it were discussed. In comparison with the RSP calciner in Jiangxi Cement Plant and other calciners, the design reasonability of parameters of the structure and of the operation of each chamber in RSP calciner in Dianxi Cement Plant were analyzed, and this can provide reference for the practical operation and industrial design of similar plants.
