贺兰山东麓酿酒生态化葡萄建园技术探讨

A Discussion on Construction Technology of Ecological Vineyard at Eastern Foot of Helan Mountain

目前贺兰山东麓葡萄产区大力发展葡萄产业,葡萄园的建设必须将埋土、防冻、生态3个限制条件考虑进去。文章从葡萄园的栽培架势、节水灌溉、砧化栽培、防寒技术等方面阐述了目前贺兰山东麓葡萄园的建园的技术现状及目前存在的问题,在此基础上提出关于防护林带、行间生草、省工化的栽培模式、观光、冬季埋土和地表覆盖等生态化建园技术方面的建议。

At present, the grape industry in the eastern foot of Helan mountain grape-producing areas is develop vigorously and in the construction of the vineyard the 3 restraining conditions, namely, grapevine burying, antifreeze and ecology, must be taken into account. The current situation and the existing problems in the technology of vineyard construction at the eastern foot of Helan mountain are elaborated in the aspects of the vineyard cultivation mode, water-saving irrigation, anvil cultivation and cold-resistance technology etc. On the basis some suggestions are put forward in the aspects of ecological vineyard construction technology, such as the protection forest, interplanting grass, labor-saving cultivation mode, tourism, winter burying and surface coverage etc..
