摘要
53Cr21Mn9Ni4N奥氏体气阀钢在连铸生产过程中,铸坯容易出现中心疏松、缩孔、偏析和柱状晶发达及表面凹坑的质量缺陷;针对这些质量缺陷,采取调整钢液的过热度、冷却强度、拉速、结晶器电搅电流和末端电磁搅拌电流等措施后,极大改善了铸坯表面凹坑的质量缺陷,降低中心疏松、缩孔及偏析等质量缺陷。
During the process of continuous casting production of the billet of 53Cr21Mn9Ni4N valve steel, a lot of quality flaws easily appear, such as center unsoundness, center void, segregation, rich columnar crystal and surface depression and so on, For these quality flaws, the surface depression was greatly improved, by adjusting overheat of liquid steel, the strength of cooling, pulling speed, M-EMS currency and F-EMS currency and so on. At the same time, center void and surface depression and so on were reduced significantly.
