摘要
目的探讨B超监测技术在PICC盲插术的应用与效果。方法选择28例异位于颈内静脉的PICC置管患者作为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组,分别为15例、13例。观察组在常规盲插置管术毕,应用B超监测技术对异位颈内静脉导管给予改进法复位;对照组则常规常规盲插置管术后,对异位导管采用常规复位法。比较2组患者异位导管复位成功率、并发症的情况以及2组患者的舒适度。结果观察组对异位于颈内静脉的导管的复位成功率(100%)及舒适度显著高于对照组;感染、固定不牢、脱(拔)管等置管并发症明显低于对照组;观察组患者的舒适度显著高于对照组,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 B超监测技术于PICC盲插术中的应用,对导管异位于颈内静脉的复位提供了快速、安全和有效的技术支持,导管复位快速、简便,复位成功率高,无并发症的发生,其可减轻患者痛苦,提高患者舒适度、满意度,提高整体护理质量。
Objective To investigate the application and effectiveness of B ultrasonic monitoring in PICC Blind Insertion. Methods 28 ca-ses with PICC ectopic catheter were randomly divided into observation group （15 cases） and control group（13 cases）. Patients in the observa-tion group got improvement methods to reset the catheter ectopia by B ultrasonic monitoring,while patients in control group got regular routine to reset the catheter ectopia. Compare the success resetting rate and comfort level in two groups. Results The success resetting rate and com-fort level in observation group were higher than those in control group. Conclusion The application of B ultrasonic monitoring in PICC Blind Insertion provides a fast,safe and effective technical support to reset the catheter ectopia with 100% success resetting rate. It reduces pain of patient,improves the comfort level,and improves the overall quality of nursing care.
