摘要
焊接机器人应用于陕汽德龙重卡汽车焊接生产线上已有5年时间，实践表明焊接机器人具有焊缝质量好、生产效率高和高度灵活性的特点。在分析研究的基础上，对于应用过程中存在的问题及整改经验做了总结和归纳。
Welding robot has been used in Shaanxi Automobile Group welding production line for 5 years, and the practice shows that welding robot characterized by good weld quality, high production efficiency and high flexibility. This paper summarized the problems and experience existing in the application process on the basis of analysis and researches on welding robot in Shaanxi Automobile Group welding production line
