气象指数型水产养殖保险研究

A Study on the Weather Index-Based Aquaculture Insurance

水产养殖保险是农业保险的重要组成部分,研究基于气象指数的水产养殖保险,不仅是水产养殖保险的发展需要,更是农业保险创新发展的题中之义。在界定气象指数型水产养殖保险基本概念及内涵的基础上,分析了气象指数型水产养殖保险的产品特点及功能定位,基于"獐子岛集团风力指数保险"的产品研发总结了气象指数型水产养殖保险的开发设计理念及核心要件,最后提出了中国发展气象指数型水产养殖保险可行性的思考。

Aquaculture insurance is an indispensable part of agricultural insurance;thereby the study of aquacul ture insurance based on weather index is not just necessary for its own development, but also a direction of innova- tion for agricultural insurance. This paper first defined the concept and connotation of weather index -based aquacul ture insurance, then it analyzed its product features and function positioning. By referring to the R＆D mechanism for the Zhangzi Island Group Wind-index Insurance, we summarized the development and design procedure as well as the core elements of the weather index -based aquaculture insurance. To conclude, we put forward some thinking as how to develop such aquaculture insurance in China.
