摘要
对 Si C颗粒增强铝合金基梯度复合材料的锻造性能进行了实验研究 ,绘制了该材料的塑性图。结果表明 :Si C颗粒增强铝合金基梯度复合材料能进行热塑性变形 ,在变形时 ,材料梯度层间界面无相对滑动 ,变形后基体仍保持连续 ,致密度有所提高 ;轴向梯度复合材料的变形符合最小层材料沿高度方向的变形差异较大 。
Experimental study is made on forgeability of the aluminium alloy matrix gradient composites reinforced with SiC particles and diagram of forgeability of the materials is obtained.The results show that relative sliding motion between the gradient boundary layers is not found,matrixes of aluminium alloy are continued,the specific density of the materials is increased in the process of hot plastic forming of axial gradient composites conforms with the law of minimum load,the true stress\|strain curves of the composites are identical to that of the component with minimum stress in compressive forming process and the diagram of forgeability of the materials should be expressed by radial strain because of non\|homogeneous deformation in the hight direction.
