在AAO模板中利用物理显影制备银纳米线

摘要 在孔隙中充满明胶的AAO(anodic aluminum oxide)模板中.利用物理显影的方法制备了银纳米线。SEM及TEM照片表明.银纳米线连续致密平滑.并填充了模板的大部分孔隙;SAED衍射图案显示其为多晶。文章研究了制备过程中的微区反应状况.结果表明.明胶能够减缓反应溶液的对流.易于在孔隙中生成连续的银纳米线。 Ag nanowires were fabricated by means of physical development within AAO template filled with gelatin. The SEM and TEM images demonstrated that Ag nanowires formed and occupied most of pores. Furthermore, the morphology of Ag nanowires was straight, compact and smooth, and the selected area electron diffraction (SAED) pattern disclosed a poly- crystalline nature of silver wire. The factors affecting the selective growth of Ag nanowires have been preliminarily presented. The reaction in micro region was studied. The result indicated that gelatin could slower the convection speed of reaction solution, which was easy to grow continuous silver wires.
