摘要
用金相显微镜、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)等分析手段及硬度测试,研究了轧制变形对Mg-8%Al合金时效处理后组织及性能的影响。结果表明,Mg-8%Al合金轧制变形后,组织中出现了大量的孪晶。变形方式以孪生为主。轧制变形改变了Mg-8XAI合金时效时第二相的析出位置及形态,未变形时β-Mg17Al12相呈片层状沿晶界以非连续方式析出.轧制变形后析出方式为在晶界、孪晶界、孪晶处析出细小、弥散的颗粒β-Mg17Al12相,轧制变形可以有效的提高Mg-8%Al时效处理后的硬度。
Influence of rolling deformation on structure and performance of Mg-8%Al alloy after aging treatment are investigated by means of metallographic microscope, scanning electron microscope (SEM) analysis and hardness testing. Results show that large of twins appear in the structure of Mg-8%Al alloy after rolling deformation, the chief deformation mode is twining. The second--phase location and shape of Mg-8%Al alloy can be changed by rolling deformation duing aging time, precipitation of β-Mg17Al12 phase can appeared lamellar along the grain boundary by discontinuous mode with non--deformation. Precipitation method of β-Mg17Al12 phase for rolling deformation is appearing in grain boundaries and twin boundaries with fine and dispersion size, the rolling deformation can effective improve the Mg-8%Al hardness after aging treatment.
