摘要
某油田作业的一台高压柱塞泵发生了泵头体交变腔开裂。为了研究其失效机理,采用宏观检验、金相分析、断口分析等方法.对裂纹性质及萌生扩展机理进行分析。结果表明:起始断裂区位于泵头体柱塞腔内的机加工刀痕处,在交变应力的作用下.泵头体发生疲劳开裂。
Cracks were found in the alternating chamber of a high--pressure plunger pump which worked in an oil field. In order to find out the failure mechanism of the high--pressure plunger pump, macroscopic examination, metallographic analy sis, fraeture analysis were carried out. The results indicate that the crack initiated at the machining traces in the plunge chamber of the pump head. The alternate stress led to fatigue cracking of the pump head body.
