注空气驱油管道的腐蚀与防腐研究现状

摘要 注空气驱油具有成本低廉、气源丰富易取等优点,在传统采油方式快接近采收极限的情况下,注空气驱油已成为采油方式的发展趋势。但是注空气驱油的氧、二氧化碳、硫化氢等对管道的腐蚀问题则日趋严重,所以注空气驱油的腐蚀问题成为制约注空气驱油发展的主要障碍,本文探讨了注空气驱油管道的腐蚀机理,为输油管道的防腐提供参考。 As conventional oil production is nearing harvest limit, air injection enhanced oil recovery has become the trend of oil production for it has the advantage of low cost, rich gas source and easily accessible. However, in the air injection enhanced oil recovery the corrosion problem of CO2, O2, H2 S is very serious, therefore it become the major obstacle for the application of air injection enhanced oil recovery. The brief overview of the corrosion mechanisms in air injection enhanced oil recovery are given and then some references for anti--corrosion are provided.
