摘要 本文利用溶胶 凝胶法制备的氧化铝膜催化反应器 ,对二乙苯催化脱氢制二乙烯苯的反应进行了研究 ,同时考查了温度、液空速、稀释气速、涂膜次数对膜催化反应器催化活性的影响情况。结果表明 :膜反应器效果优于固定床反应器 ; In This paper,Al\-2O\-3 membrane was prepared by the method of Sol\|Gel and was used in the reaction of diethylbenzene dehydrogenation.Through the change of temperature、LSV、purge gas rate、times of coating film get the results that the membrane reactor is better than fixed bed reactor.In a wide temperature range,the conversion and selectivity of membrane reactor are higher than fixed bed reactor;in membrane reactor,conversion and selectivity decreased with the increase of LSV;when the purge gas rate is lower than 60mL/min,conversion and selectivity increased with the increase of purge gas rate;conversion and selectivity increased with the increase of times of coating film.
