反应烧结法制备三元硼化物基陶瓷的研究 被引量:6

摘要 介绍了用反应烧结法制备三元硼化物基金属陶瓷的反应烧结过程及一般制备工艺过程 ;指出三元硼化物基金属陶瓷具有良好的机械性能和杰出的耐磨、耐蚀等性能 ;由于三元硼化物基金属陶瓷的性能与合金元素的含量有密切的关系 ,所以在进行三元硼化物基陶瓷的设计过程中要特别注意合金元素的作用。 The reaction sintering process and production process of ternary boride base cermet produced by reaction sintering method were introduced.The ternary boride base cermets have exhibited good mechanical properties and excellent wear and corrosion resistance.As there's close relation between the properties and the content of alloying elements,effects of alloying elements must be paid attention to during the designing process of ternary boride base cermet.
