摘要
应用换热网络软件包 ,对吉化炼油厂第二常减压换热网络进行了优化节能研究 ,找出了原有换热网络存在的问题 ,通过换热网络的合成、分析、换热器优化设计及流程模拟 ,提出了对原有换热网络优化改进的方案 ,并进行了优化设计 .改进后换热网络的初底油换后温度由原来的 30 2℃提高到 32 2℃ ,2 0 0 0年 5月大检修期间改造开车一次成功 ,2 0 0 0年 6月对装置进行了技术标定 ,其各项指标均达到了设计值 .每年直接节省燃料油 4918吨 ,年节能效益 6 88万元 ,设备投资 15 0万元 ,改造投资回收期 2 .6个月 ,节能效益可观 .
The heat exchanger network (HEN) of Atmosphere-Vacuum Plant in Oil Refinery of JCGC is studied on the energy saving using our software package of the HEN. The problems of the old HEN are found out. A retrofitted HEN is proposed by means of the synthesis, analysis, and simulation of HEN and optimum design of heat exchangers. The end temperature of bottom oil of the primary tower in the heat exchanger is risen from 302℃ to 322℃. The technological remolding was done in the May 2000, and technical standardization was done in the June 2000. The designed indexes are reached. Fuel oil of 4914 tons per year is saved. Benefit is 6.88 million yuan/a. The investment is 1.5 million yuan. The return time of the investment is 2.6 months. [WT5HZ]
