摘要
实验研究了超声场对制备超细发泡剂ADC的影响 .考察了超声频率、功率 ,超声时间和搅拌速度对产品粒度的影响 .与常规的制备方法比较 ,用超声场制备的发泡剂ADC的颗粒粒度约为 7μm ,而常规方法制备的颗粒粒度约为 37μm .
The ultrasonic technique is first introduced into the preparation of ultrafine blowing agent ADC. The effects of frequency, power, action period and stirring velocity of ultrasound on the size of blowing agent ADC are experimentally investigated. The experiment results show that agent ADC particles of about 7μm in average diameter can be obtained under the effect of ultrasound, while about 37 μm without the ultrasound.
