摘要
针对多效顺流精馏流程建立了通用的数学模型 ,并以年消耗费用最小为目标函数进行了设计型模拟优化计算 ,经实例考核 ,证明了该数学模型通用、可靠并可方便的求出多效顺流流程设计所需的基础数据及系统所需的最小加热蒸汽量 .
The general mathematical model for forwardmultieffect distillation is established. Optimum calculation is carried out using the minimized annual cost as objective function. Practical examples are used to test the model. The results show that the model makes it convenient and reliable to obtain the basic designing data and the minimum heat utility.
