摘要
通过用 C6 烷烃一次结晶,含水低级醇二次结晶,对抗氧剂1010 粗品进行了精制,在实验室制得了纯度高、熔点高、挥发分低、堆密度大 、流动性好的α- 型抗氧剂1010 ,并对其结晶工艺( 包括溶剂、水含量、质剂比等影响因素) 进行了研究。
The semifinished product of irganox 1010 was refined with C 6 hydrocarbon as the primary crystallization solvent, and low-carbon alcohol containing water as secondary crystallization solvent. The main factors of effecting crystallization including solvent, water content and ratio of solute to solvent were researched in the laboratory, and α-crystalline irganox1010 with high purity, high melting point, law volatiles, high bulk density and good flowability was obtained.
