摘要
对乙烯装置第二急冷锅炉的管板进行了有限元分析。在分析中,采用有效弹性常数的概念将管板、换热管、过渡环和壳程筒体的应力分析简化为对称问题,然后根据“钢制压力容器- 分析设计”标准 J B4732 - 95 的评定方法,确定出了安全、经济的管板厚度。
Finite element analysis is adopted to calculate secondary quench exchanger tube sheet of ethylene plant.During analyzing, stress analysis of tube sheet, heat exchange tube, transition ring and shell are simplified to symmetry subject, and then a safe and economic tube sheet thick is determined by using the concept of effective elasticity constant according to the qualification method given in Steel Pressure Vessels -Design by Analysis.
