高等教育大众化背景下高校资助政策的探析

On the College Financial Aid System against the Background of Higher Education Popularization

我国高等教育由精英化阶段向大众化阶段的过渡与转变给我国高校资助工作带来了很大的挑战。文章分析我国高校资助政策在高等教育发展不同阶段的历史演变,提出了当前高校资助政策的成效和存在的一些问题,并就高校资助政策的资助模式、发展方向以及机制问题提出了一些建设性的思考。

The transition and transformation of higher education in China from elitism to popularization has brought great challenges to the financing work of colleges. This paper first analyzes the historical development of China＇ s college financial aid policy at different stages of the development of higher education. Then it points out the achievements of college financial aid policy and its existing problems. Finally, it puts forward some constructive thoughts on the funding models of college financial aid policy, development orientation and mechanism.
