摘要
研究了薄膜蒸发器对液体橡胶产品性能的影响 ,考察了刮板线速度、进料速度、胶浆含水量、加热温度、系统真空度对干燥效率的影响规律 ,并与釜式干燥方式作了对比。结果表明 ,薄膜干燥工艺不仅可达到釜式干燥同样的干燥效率 ,而且可以防止釜式干燥过程中产品的老化。提高刮板线速度及加热温度、降低进料速度 ,可以显著提高干燥效率。扩大实验表明 。
The influence of a thin-film vaporizer on the properties of liquid rubber product was studied.The factors affecting dry efficiency,such as line speed,feed speed,water content in raw rubber,temperature and vacuum,were investigated,and its contrast with a dry retort was made.The results showed that not only could the same dry efficiency as the dry retort be obtained,but also could the product aging during drying in the retort be prevented by the thin-film vaporizer.The dry efficiency could be enhanced remarkably by raising line speed and temperature and reducing feed speed.The enlarged trial showed that the liquid rubber could be commercially produced with the help of the thin-film vaporizer.
