摘要
将情境领导理论的思想引入斯金纳强化理论,提出一种新的理论构想——情境强化理论。首先通过解构激励过程,建立改进的激励结构模型(IMSM)。再对IMSM中的反馈型激励过程——强化过程进一步解构,从而建立强化理论的反馈激励结构模型(FMSM)。根据FMSM所揭示的强化理论的本质属性和作用机理,对斯金纳等人提出的强化类型进行解构,进而建立强化理论的二维结构模型(2DSM)。通过研究隐含在2DSM中的第三个维度——应用情境维及其特征,将2DSM拓展为情境强化理论的三维结构模型(3DSM)。通过应用案例分析和理论推导,分别构建3DSM中每一种情境下的具体强化结构模型,同时表明情境强化理论的实际应用价值。
The paper puts forward a situational reinforcement theory(SRT) by introducing situational leadership theory to Skinner's reinforcement theory.It first sets up an improved motivation structural model(IMSM) by deconstructing the motivation process,and then builds a feedback motivation structural model(FMSM) of reinforcement theory by deconstructing the reinforcement process.According to FMSM,it constructs a two-dimensional structural model(2DSM) of reinforcement theory by deconstructing the reinforcement patterns proposed by Skinner.Then the 2DSM is extended to a three-dimensional structural model(3DSM) of SRT by a study of the application situation-the third dimension inherent in 2DSM-and its characteristics.Finally,the paper constructs the specific reinforcement structural models in each context of 3DSM through case studies and theoretical deduction and also discusses the application of SRT.
