中小学英语教师队伍建设与教学发展新模式研究

教育大计，教师为本。有好的教师，才有好的教育。加强教师队伍建设是推进素质教育，促进教育发展，提高教育质量的重要保证。本研究基于中小学英语教师队伍现状，对目前影响教师队伍建设工作不断推进的因素进行分析和总结，提出合理性建议并探究教学发展新模式，以期达到有效推进英语基础教育发展的目的。

Teacher is the basis of education. Good teachers could make good education. Strengthen the team of teachers would become the assurance of promoting the quality of educa-tion and improving the development of education. This study is based on the current situation of English teachers in primary and secondary school, analyzing and summarizing the affects on the work of building up the team of teachers, putting forward rea-sonable proposals to explore the development of new teaching model, in order to achieve the effective development of basic ed-ucation.
