摘要
世界格局变动与中国海权的发展息息相关。进入新世纪,世界格局深刻演变,中国面临的海上形势风起云涌。以史为鉴,可以知兴替。本文着重分析在不同历史时期世界格局因素对中国古代海权影响的规律和特点,从中国海权兴起与强盛时期、中国海权衰落时期、新中国成立至20世纪末三个阶段,分析历史上世界格局变动对中国海权的影响。
The evolution of China＇ s sea power is closely associated with that of world power structure. The dawn of the new century has witnessed both the great change of world power structure and harsh situation which China encounters at the arena of sea. History usually holds the key to the solution. This article seeks to analyze the impact of world power structure upon China＇ s sea power from the perspective of history, and therefore three periods are provided for analysis according to the evolution of China＇ s sea power, including the rise and development period, the decline period, and the period from the foundation of the P. R. China to the end of 20th century.
