霸权的生成与瓦解是由经济霸权、文化霸权和政治霸权三种权力反馈机制决定的。资本积累的反馈环造成了资本主义社会的繁荣与衰退。经济权力、文化权力与政治权力构成了权力的三位一体反馈环运作机制,决定着权力强化与削弱。美国霸权同样受到权力反馈环机制的控制,摆脱不了霸权周期律的影响,表现为霸权的强化与瓦解。

The formation and collapse of the hegemony is determined by three kinds of power feedback mechanism, which are economic hegemony, cultural hegemony and political hegemony. The feedback loop of capital accumulation results in the boom and bust of capitalist society. Economic power, cultural power and political power constitute the trinity of power feedback loop operation mechanism, and determine the strengthening and weakening of the power. U.S. hegemony is restricted by the same power feedback loop mechanism and could not escape from the impact of the hegemony periodic law. Both will lead to the strengthening and collapse of the hegemony.
