The reason why Australia chooses ＂integration into Asia＂ lies in the combination of the factors. That is the rise of Asian Economics and the ＂Power Transi- tion＂ in Asia -pacific. In order to win in the Asia century, Australia has conducted a comprehensive plan and adopted a series of concrete actions. Australia＇s ＂integrating into Asia＂ strategy will face several chal- lenges. These includes the lack of enough major Asia powers, uncertainty of regional preparation, the change of internal politics, lack of trust with security environment, etc. Nevertheless, as long as the regional environment does not fundamentally changed, Australia will insist on its ＂integrating into Asia＂ strategy.
