国家产业发展战略与国内政治的关联性研究——以韩国产业发展战略选择为例(1961—1987)

Correlation Study of State's Industry Developmental Strategy with Domestic Politics——A Case Study on South Korea's Choice of Industry DevelopmentalStrategy( From 1961 to 1987)

本文在国际政治经济学研究分析及理性主义的框架下,通过国际与国内、政治与经济,以及利益与制度要素相结合的分析路径,提出了"国家产业发展战略选择与国内政治的关联性",还明确了国家产业发展战略选择不仅仅是经济分析判断的结果,也是对国内政治因素的综合判断及政策思考的结果。本文以韩国为例,探讨经济意识形态、国内政治制度结构等国内政治因素在韩国的产业发展战略选择中起到的作用,以及相互间互动关系。

In the framework of international political economy analysis and rationalism, and through the ap- proach that combines elements between international and domestic, politics and economy, interests and in- stitutions, this paper puts forward the correlation between state＇ s choice of industry developmental strategy and domestic politics, and also makes it clear that the choice of national industry developmental strategy not only is the consequence of economic analysis and judgment, but also is the consequence of the comprehen- sive understanding and policy idea on the domestic political affairs. By taking South Korea for example, this paper discusses about the role played by domestic political affairs such as economic ideology, domestic po- litical institution structure in the choice of Korea＇ s industry developmental strategy and its mutual interac- tion.
