高职护生在传染病科实习期间的心理压力与对策

摘要 目的调查高职护生在传染病科临床实习期间的心理压力状况,并探讨其干预对策。方法采用Zung自我评定焦虑量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)对206名在传染病科和内科实习期间的高职护生开展问卷调查,了解高职护生的心理健康状况。结果高职护生在传染病科实习期间心理健康状况不佳,与内科组实习护生相比,以抑郁、焦虑两方面占首要地位。有53.85%的学生存在不同程度的抑郁现象,55.77%的学生有不同程度的焦虑心理。结论高职护生在传染病科实习期间的心理压力较大,应给予相应的干预措施。 Objective To investigate nursing students, psychological pressures in infectious disease ward, and to explore intervention. Methods 206 nursing students separately practicing in medical ward and infectious disease ward were randomly recruited, and SAS, SDS, SCL-90 were administered. Results Compared to students in medical ward, mental health of nursing students were in poor condition during infectious disease ward, depression and anxiety were more particularly evident, with 53.85% of them having varying degrees of depression, and 55.77% with anxiety. Conclusion The mental stress of vocational nursing students in infectious disease ward make a serious problem in clinical internship so that it should be paid more attention and taken intervention.
